solves mlr-org#2525 Using `<pkgname>_<filtername>` is better than dot-notation as the difference between packages and filters becomes more clear. Filter names can consist of two names, e.g. `rfsrc_var.select`. This change will break backward-compatibility for filter names but changes are documented in the NEWS file.
