This depends on mono/roslyn-binaries#16 . Once that is merged, then the submodule reference here needs to be updated.

mono built on OS X Extended, linux armv7 and linux aarch64 coop suspend (didn't check others).

The android crash is happening in #16439 as well so it is unrelated. It it hitting an assertion when unloading the image
