* DynamicRoleClaimProvider to help with legacy role management in web forms * Added AppDomainManagerAssembly, AppDomainManagerType, and PartialTrustVisibleAssemblies properties to AppDomainSetup. They don't do anything, but having them there helps lessen the amount of change in refsrc System.Web.
