Pulls in anchore/clio#71
Additionally updates all anchore deps, which bumped the minimum go version, which bumped the version of golangci lint we needed to use, so it was a good time to pull in the latest linter config from syft. All other changes are due to linter updates.
Additionally ensures that the logger is restored after TUI teardown such that fatal errors via the logger are conveyed.
