This PR cleans us the uses of
config.AuthToken()andconfig.DefaultHost()and replaces them withconfig.Authentication().Token()andconfig.Authentication().DefaultHost()respectively. There are no functional changes and all test changes are to do with changing the stub/mock mechanism.Follow up: #7043.
