* Convert binary phase field example to use steppyngstounes

* Convert to quadratic time stepper for very long times

* Visualize interface position

* Add discussion of binary phase field behavior

* Add mass conservation to step size control

* Create a custom viewer

* Correct description of time steps

Time steps increase geometrically, not parabolically.
Parabolically increasing timesteps (`dt0 * (n/2)**2`) do not
perform as well.

* Explain merits of steppyngstounes

* Apply steppyngstounes to binaryCoupled

* Update figures for binary phase field examples

* Revise description of solidification evolution

* Deprecate fipy.steppers

Can't deprecate base class for some reason. Don't really need to.

* Add discussion of adaptive stepping to USAGE

* Fix spelling errors

* Discard result of succeeded()

* Ensure mass conservation of early evolution

* Undo URL encoding for x264

* Stop using LinearLUSolver for PETSc in parallel

* Return Norm2 as single value

Trilinos returns Norm2 as an array of the values from each process
even though every process has the same value.

* Adjust solver depending on which suite

* Relax mass tolerance for Trilinos in parallel on linux

* Add skipper if steppyngstounes isn't installed

* Update environments to use steppyngstounes from PyPI

* Update locks to use steppyngstounes from conda-forge

Even though steppyngstounes is noarch and works back to Python 2.7,
conda-forge feedstock recipes don't seem to accomodate that
very well.
Easier to just install it from pip for the more bit-rotty solver suites.

* Document custom viewer class
