I think this script now does everything I wanted it to do for starters. I will follow up with any changes needed as they appear during real snap usage. |

The script interactively asks a lot of questions, but the defaults should be smart - for example, here I just pressed Enter the whole time (to choose the default option for each question):
It should ideally work on other similar repos, but I've tested it on roslyn only so far.
