`lintr` needs to be aware of all the functions from the package to avoid the `unknown global function` warning. This PR updates the `lintr` action [as described in this PR](r-lib/actions#558) It should fix [these warnings](https://github.com/EpiModel/EpiModel/runs/7416569905?check_suite_focus=true#step:5:15) in #751

This ought to fix #557, see example in {opencage}.
I am not entirely sure https://github.com/r-lib/actions/blob/v2-branch/examples/lint-project.yaml needs adjusting, but I think not?
I made the same change to the workflow for this repo, as well.
