…is way we do not modify the HttpClient URL. This should avoid unexpected behaviour and also allows more efficiant use of network resources.

What kind of change does this PR introduce?
Added BaseAddress annotations for interfaces. This allows to set on an interface a common path that applies to all methods of that interface and all of its successors.
This is a rework of PR #663 and also fix for issue #662.
