Based on discussion, todo:
- move .sh to python functions in
change_directory_structure - txt -> yaml
- update documentation with python-based commands to prepare the data

Adding a convenience script to feature to allow automatic data preparation.
Main script:
tools/auto_labeling_3d/scripts/download_id_list_from_webauto.shdownloads a .txt list of IDs from webauto and fixes the directory structure.In case:
flatten_webauto_artifacts.sh: flattens directory structureunflatten_webauto_artifacts.sh: reverts to original webauto non-annotated-dataset structure
