An excellent visit to Belfast

Steve Fletcher put together an excellent visit to Belfast including flights, hotel accommodation and transfers. All went very smoothly and the choice of the Voco hotel was excellent as it was modern, quiet but quite close to the City centre. Belfast is well-worth a visit; it's easy to get around and feels very safe, with lots to see and do.

The plants ordered are now OK but we did have a problem…

The plants ordered are now OK but we were very disappointed to receive 12 good plants and 12 pots with seemingly nothing in them apart from compost. The non-existent plants were replaced promptly but how on earth can your quality control allow this to happen?

Family Business with personal service

So refreshing to deal with a family business with personal service. It is well worth seeking out this store, tucked away in an industrial estate but with a fantastic selection of beds with good prices.

The first time on a tour and a great experience.

This was the first time we had been on an organised trip and we felt that as we wanted to see as much of New Zealand a s possible, this would be a good option.
We were unbelievably impressed by the way in which the trip was organised and by the tour manager and driver who had a wealth of knowledge about the country, birds, animals, plants, history and culture as well as the smaller things like where to purchase things, cafes etc. Our other option would have been to drive ourselves but we are so glad we went on the tour as I would have spent many hours looking at a road and not the countryside and one road looks much like another! We will definitely consider this type of holiday again.

Website easy to use but disappointed by prawns and crab

Easy to use via the website but we were disappointed that after ordering frozen prawns, they were completely defrosted on delivery. Having queried it, we were informed that this will always be so and we would therefore suggest that this is mentioned on the website as we wanted the prawns for the Bank Holiday. We therefore had to use them immediately and gave half away.

Also the crab meat was out of the shells - a real mess!! All in all very disappointing.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We do state on our website that crevettes will be dispatched frozen, and will arrive partially defrosted. With regards to the dressed crab being out of the shell, we are so sorry to hear this and it sounds like something that must have happened in transit. On occasions like this when the item you ordered does not arrive in the correct way we will always do our best to put this right when informed. Therefore I have processed a refund for the 3 dressed crabs.

A very efficient service to remove two wasp nests. We were kept informed at all times, the technician 'phoned us the day before the appointment to confirm the time and he was very professional.

A very efficient service to deal with two wasp nests. We have problems with wasps every year and we always find that the technicians are very good.

Plants appear to have been dispatched too early

We purchased 60 sedums which arrived promptly although the packing left some crushed. After a few days, some died and we ordered another 15 to replace them and have some spare. Just as well we did because we have used all the spare plants and on investigating why they died, the dead plants had virtually no root development. Although the plants appeared to be good quality, our experience was that they were sent out before being sufficiently establish to withstand the transportation and replanting.
