Our travel Agent Jo Sumner at TC is invaluable to us. Especially when having to deal with notoriously difficult and obstructive Cruise companies.
She handles the whole booking and sorts out any issues that arise. There is usually something with a cruise line. When Jo knows she is correct she will not allow them to beat her into submission.
We would never use anyone else.
Review of hoppa
Booking was fairly easy thought did not give the option of which terminal to be collected at from Nice airport which resulted in contracting customer services
Regarding the pick up booked four with four suite cases plus hand baggage so booked a minibus, but a salon car arrived, quickly sorted.

Review of My Transfers
Transfer from a hotel to cruise port. We were expecting an executive type of vehicle bearing in mind the price paid, based on the experience we had a few days before for a similar transfer which was €30 cheaper where the driver was dresses smartly and in a new executive vehicle which was spotless and assisted with the luggage without question.
This transfer the driver was dressed t shirt and jeans, the vehicle was old and dirty especially on the inside. When we approached with the luggage the driver stood there expecting us to put it into the vehicle until one of our party said something. A rather disappointing experience and not one I will be repeating again.
