I am writing to formally a recent charge of €45 for an online consultation through your platform. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences I have had with an online GP service.

The doctor who contacted me only spoke to me for about 10 seconds, simply to tell me that she could not provide any solution to my request. Despite the extremely short call and the complete lack of medical assistance, I was still charged the full consultation fee.

I find this unacceptable and unfair. Other online GP services provide refunds in such cases of incompetence or incomplete service, and I believe I should receive the same consideration.

I kindly request a full refund of €45 or an alternative resolution as soon as possible. Please let me know if you need any further details regarding my consultation.

Ukrika and her company Nordic Balance have been a wonderful help to me over the past six months. She has guided and educated me on good food choices. However, the strongest part of her program was showing me how to make lasting, life style changes to my nutrition. Her approach is very supportive and consistent and I would highly recommend investing in this one to one approach if you want to see lasting results.
