Take a bit long time to ship the prescription to France (about 10 days) but the prescription is validated in french pharmacy so its a big plus.

I would highly recommend.quick and easy.The doctor was lovely.

Martha was exceptionally helpful today with dealing with my prescription from the UK to Spain , great advice given in a very friendly and professional manner

I’ve used this service more than once, usually with a satisfying outcome, however my recent experience was very poor. 

Following a 3 minute video consultation I was issued a prescription for an antibiotic to address a soft tissue infection. These infections if untreated can escalate and become serious, hence seeking prompt treatment and bypassing my GP (as I was unable to get an appointment at short notice)

I experienced 2 issues that would dissuade me from using this service again:

1) Despite clearly selecting and communicating my preferred pharmacy, the prescription was sent to the wrong one. This resulted in nearly a 24 hour delay in starting treatment.

2) By day 3 of treatment, the infection spread and was affecting mobility. Taking significant rest and continuing to follow directions to the letter, it improved but by day 6 was clearly not resolved. By this stage I had secured an appointment with my GP who thought the dosage prescribed was half what they should have prescribed, hence the lack of effectiveness.

I don’t typically leave a business a negative review, but felt it necessary after giving them the opportunity to address this, and although responsive it was ultimately ineffective.
