Ho avuto un’esperienza fantastica collaborando con questa agenzia immobiliare a Milano dal 2021 per 4 anni. Sono sempre stati disponibili, gentili e pronti a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda. L’intero processo è stato chiaro e senza difficoltà, e ho apprezzato molto la loro professionalità e disponibilità. I recently purchased a house in Turi,BA. I first saw the listing for the property online; the photos online were taken very well and I was very happy to see that they were accurate when i was able to view the property in person. As a predominantly English speaker, I was accompanied by Ilaria who was able to answer all of my questions and was extremely helpful in clarifying every little detail about the house. I was very happy with the support received and the willingness to work with me and point me in the right directions even after the deed had been signed and the keys and funds handed over. Thank you to everyone for the work done. I really feel like I should especially thank Ilaria, an extremely kind, empathetic, friendly person.

As a foreigner who wanted to buy a house for the first time and did not know the Italian language well, it is wise to use a recognized real estate agent. I found such a real estate agent at Tempocasa, Mr. Mattia Lacchè. From start to finish I was able to benefit from his knowledge. The fact that Mr. Lacchè was also able to express himself well in English was an added bonus. The entire purchase process went very well under his leadership. He was also extremely quick in responding when I had questions. A real estate agent who operated extremely professionally and informed me openly and honestly. With him, buying an Italian house is not a battle against bureaucratic hassles but rather a careful and effective handling of all the points that are inherent in a sales process. I therefore heartily recommend Mr. Lachhè as a purchase/sales agent!
