How to Contact Support
To get the fastest and most accurate response, please follow the steps below when you reach out to us:
Visit the WPManageNinja Support Portal: Head over to WPManageNinja. This is the main channel for opening Fluent Forms support tickets.
Submit a Support Ticket:
- Sign in with your account (the same account you use on WPManageNinja.com).
- Open the "Support Tickets" section.
- Click "Create Ticket."
Provide Detailed Information: When you open the ticket, share as much context as you can. The more we know, the faster we can pinpoint the cause and send you back a fix. Please include:
- A Clear Description of the Problem: Tell us what you're trying to do and what's going wrong instead. (For example: "I'm trying to connect my Mailchimp account to a form, but the integration feed fails to save," or "My payment form submits but Stripe never receives the charge.")
- Steps to Reproduce: Walk us through the exact sequence of clicks or actions that triggers the issue.
- Screenshots or Screen Recordings: A picture is worth a thousand words. Screenshots of your form settings, the integration feed, the entry page, and any visible error on the frontend help us enormously.
- Error Messages: If you see anything in a red box, a browser console error, or a line in your WordPress debug log, copy it into the ticket as text.
- Your WordPress Version.
- Your Fluent Forms Free Version — and, if applicable, your Fluent Forms Pro Add-on Version.
- Your PHP Version (found under Tools → Site Health → Info → Server).
- Any Other Active Plugins on Your Site: List them, especially anything related to email delivery (FluentSMTP, WP Mail SMTP), caching (WP Rocket, LiteSpeed, W3 Total Cache), security (Wordfence, iThemes Security), anti-spam (Akismet, CleanTalk), page builders (Elementor, Oxygen, Beaver Builder, Bricks, Gutenberg blocks), or payment plugins. These are the most common sources of conflict for form submissions, notifications, and payments.
