Weekly Email Summary
The Email Summaries feature sends a weekly report of your form activity so you can track submissions and see how your forms are performing without opening the dashboard every day. For a live, on-demand breakdown of activity, see Submission Reports.
This guide shows you how to enable weekly email summaries, choose who receives them, and set the delivery day and subject line.
Set Up Email Summaries
Go to Global Settings from the Fluent Forms navbar, open the General tab in the left sidebar, and select Email Summaries.
By default, Enable Email Summaries is turned on. The Site Admin receives the report every Monday. Turn the toggle off anytime if you do not want weekly summaries.
Configure these options to match your needs:
Send To: Choose Site Admin or Custom Email. To send summaries to other addresses, select Custom Email and enter one or more email addresses. Separate multiple addresses with a comma.
Get Response On: Select the day of the week when the summary email should be sent.
Subject Line: Enter the subject line for the weekly summary notification.
When you finish, click Save Settings to apply your changes.
