Prerequisite for LoopKit/Loop#2148
Update: Auto-Bolus Carbs (ABC) Experiment was added. When Enabled and Active, each Loop cycle, Loop will correct COB fully (but no positive BG corrections will be made) if this is greater than the usual automatic recommendation. The changes here include those needed for display, in particular for overrides which can control whether or not ABC is active.
