  • Updates version to RPP 1.9.10
  • Adds gaussian filter tensor on host
  • Support for U8/F16/F32/I8, and NCHW/NHWC with toggle variants
  • Support for kernel size 3/5/7/9
  • Relevant Unit/Perf/QA tests
