Probably meant to include this PR?: #3744

I see you have it marked for v14 though (perhaps because the tests failed initially).

I'd rather not include #3744 here because from my PoV, it'd be better to have in a major version bump as it could be seen as breaking for some.

Not 3 hours ago, I had to report a bug to Mikrotik (issue with their SMTP implementation) for something similar. I'd delay and merge #3744 tomorrow.

Ah, wait - I see that we already had the pipelining restriction in-place. Okay, I'll merge #3477 right away.
