As people are adding Traditional Chinese support to the document, the description of `zh` has been changed from Chinese (汉语) to Simplified Chinese (简体中文) for better differentiation (#10505).

zhhas been changed from Chinese (汉语) to Simplified Chinese (简体中文) for better differentiation (#10505).It might also be worth switching from
zhtozh-hans, but that would cause a lot of merge conflicts.
