So there's good news and bad news.

👍 The good news is that everyone that needs to sign a CLA (the pull request submitter and all commit authors) have done so. Everything is all good there.

😕 The bad news is that it appears that one or more commits were authored or co-authored by someone other than the pull request submitter. We need to confirm that all authors are ok with their commits being contributed to this project. Please have them confirm that here in the pull request.

Note to project maintainer: This is a terminal state, meaning the cla/google commit status will not change from this state. It's up to you to confirm consent of the commit author(s) and merge this pull request when appropriate.

@SUPERCILEX since there are no more open issues in the 3.3.1 milestone I am proposing to release 3.3.1 today and then we can move on to 3.4.0 development. Sound good?

@samtstern Actually, wait a sec: should we be forcing people to upgrade to Play Services 15.0.0? It signs everybody out so I'm not sure if we'd want to force that upon a FUI bugfix release.

@GuanacoDevs no, but 3.4 will. As for the support library not being updated, laziness? 😋 Feel free to bump up to 27.1.1.

@SUPERCILEX yeah I did release. As a policy we always keep FUI updated to the latest play services at the time of release ... but I can see your point!

And yes: I just didn't know that 27.1.1 was available. Whoops!
