- Add comments to all Podfiles explaining why use_frameworks! is required for Xcode 26+ compatibility (Swift compatibility libraries removed) - Update module_test_ios.dart to expect url_launcher_ios.framework to exist since use_frameworks! switches plugins from static to dynamic linking Related: flutter#175905

Code Review
This pull request updates several iOS test applications to use dynamic frameworks by adding use_frameworks! to their Podfiles. This change is a proactive fix for compatibility with Xcode 26, which will remove certain Swift backward compatibility libraries. As a result of this change, a test in dev/devicelab/bin/tasks/module_test_ios.dart is updated to correctly assert the existence of a plugin framework, which is now built as a dynamic framework instead of a static library.
