This commit adds a `contentTextStyle` flag to `SimpleDialog` to make it easier to land the internal fixes needed to PR flutter#178824. The flag currently does nothing. Actual implementation will be landed in PR flutter#178824.

The documentation for this new public property is not very descriptive. Per the style guide, public members should have useful documentation. Please consider adding a more descriptive comment that explains the intended purpose of this property, even if it's not yet implemented.
