This pull request adds support for converting images with the rgbaFloat32 pixel format to ByteData. This is implemented by mapping impeller::PixelFormat::kR32G32B32A32Float to SkColorType::kRGBA_F32_SkColorType in the Impeller image encoding logic. A new test is added to verify this functionality by creating an image from rgbaFloat32 pixels, converting it back to ByteData, and asserting the float values are correct.
