Due to Jersey 3 not supporting Jackson3 (Jersey 4 will include a module for it eclipse-ee4j/jersey#6036)

Revert 5b423b0 and e8f0436

In thoery works with #1881 but maybe will cause other issue

In any case #1880 is needed to avoid future regression in the future
