… emit MSVC `/analyze` warning C6326: Potential comparison of a constant with another constant." This was fixed in Boost 1.81.
The rest of these were dropped by GH 2714 on 2022-05-12, then this file was added by GH 2196 on 2022-05-16.
This machinery was removed by GH 3151 on 2022-10-24, and we don't need to worry about anyone following the old instructions now.
