Overview

The test was on some very old versions. Updating to the latest fixed everything.

For GitHub Actions, Puppeteer needs to run in headless: true mode. Headful mode isn't supported out of the box.

Also normalizes the "nodejs" engines listing in the package.json, while I'm in the area.
