- Config skill no longer claims the popup exposes per-rule toggles (#171 moved them to the options page); reflect the popup's actual contents (enforcement switch, activity counts, Configure rules button). - Bump rules.md count 35 → 36 for closed-shadow-root-annotate (#169). - Bump index.mdx marketing floor 30+ → 35+ to match rules.md.
