@bl3ck Thank you for the PR. The layout looks good, and doesn't require manual insertion of names and we can keep the maintainers_emeritus.rst file, so that's a plus. I am not sure why the tests are failing. |

What does this implement/fix? Explain your changes.
This PR improves the layout of the emeritus contributors section on the About Us page by introducing a new utility class:
grid-list-three-columns, which provides a responsive, three-column layout.The updated layout reduces excess whitespace and helps users reach key sections more quickly, as recommended by @reshamas. The layout switches to a single column on smaller screens for better accessibility and readability.
