If the actors are too old to be doing this, Stranger Things itself feels fairly energetic and youthful... The formula still largely works after all this time, and in most ways, the new episodes are a substantial improvement over the bloated fourth season.

Each episode is too long, too convoluted, too loud and too violent. And I’m enjoying the whole messy, derivative thing all over again. I’ll be as sorry to see it go as all the people who’ve worked on it since 2016.

Stranger Things has been my favorite Netflix show since it released back in 2016. I was just going into middle school when it first came out and now I'm halfway through college. It has been a big part of my life and I will always hold a special place for the show despite not growing up in the 80's. I love this show so much that I even went to Fan Expo Dallas one year to meet Gaten and Caleb who play Dustin and Lucas in the show. The show has evolved greatly since season one but all the seasons have been a hit and I truly think they do such an incredible job with every aspect. Whether its the music or setting from the 80's, or the character development, or even the acting it all comes down to be very well thought out and I cannot recommend this show enough if you haven't seen it yet.

The first two seasons were fantastic. Other than the epic scene featuring Eddie playing ‘Master of Puppets’ in season 4 it’s been downhill ever since. The show used to be a coming of age story with a terrific supernatural plotline. Now it’s nothing more than an alternative lifestyle infomercial pretending it’s still a supernatural story. Here’s hoping Netflix doesn’t get their hands on WB…they’ll destroy it just like pretty well everything else they’ve touched in the last 4-5 years.

So far…tied with the fourth for me for best season. The fourth episode was amazing. It was a bit confusing in the beginning with the time skip and I didn’t like that happening, as that whole set up came to nothing. But once I got what was happening, it was incredible. (Will be updated once part 2 comes out)

It's more of the same; the producers are manipulating the series to attract an audience, but nothing new has happened since the third season. And to be honest, the acting of most of the actors is very weak. You can savely jump this season and wacht the next will change nothing
