The school saw the need to further work on building a positive community and campus culture.

Projects- Action Plan


Advertising was done in a variety of ways including email, letters, posting the information on the schools marquee, and giving the students stickers to wear.

Evaluation
The staff members shadowed workers at McDonalds, while the students, parents, and community members had the opportunity to give orders to the staff members. The cheerleaders performed for entertainment. 20% of the money earned went towards the school. 40 volunteers were assigned to four different rooms where they rotated between each of their assigned rooms, speaking to students about their career and how to be successful. A variety of drills were practiced according to current safety plan. The plan was then updated and tweaked based on the results of those drills. Extensive research was done about evidencebased vocabulary strategies. Those strategies were implemented into the classroom using an A-B-A-B design. The data collected supported the purpose of the research.
