You are only allowed to use the starting gun until you get one of the
weapons in your category
You are allowed to use the minigun against the first deathclaw
Every hour you play is -1 point
Every 5 levels is +3 points
The “Other” class is free game
The happiness of your main settlement will add points, you divide the
happiness percentage by 50 and round. Happiness 100 is +5
