Course description This course introduces all aspects of project management
with consideration to the energy efficiency related to Project
Life Cycle. Actors, Activities, regulation, organization, project
management related to each step in the project life cycle will
be discussed.
Purpose of the course To understand construction project management with energy
and life cycle awareness
To have knowledge about embedded energy in terms of
construction waste, logistics, construction methods,
industrialized building systems, etc.
Motivation and To increase environmental awareness in construction project
relevance management, especially in relation to energy efficiency.
Course goals To have knowledge about actors, activities, regulation and
organization that facilitates energy efficiency.
To have knowledge about how to minimize energy
consumption in the process of construction project
management
Course role in study 3rd - 5th semester: Material and structure related courses.
