2. This pertain to be alleged Rape Incident that transpired at Purok
10-A Brgy.Mangga, Mahayahay,Iligan City wherein Elizabeth Y.
De leon a.k.a "ana" 18 years old,single,student and a resident of
said place threaten. As result the victim have found by evidence
using gun to do what his intention for the suspect. When he
finish doing his action he left the suspect around the side of
abandoned house and then later on the suspect run away and
directly reported into the police station.
3. A follow-up man-hunt operation by PO1 Haslaina A. Beruar
leading to the successful apprehension of the suspect at his
residence and seized from his possession and control one (1)
unit of Cal. 45 with 5 live ammunition.
4. Said arrested suspect was brought to police station-4 for booking
purposed while readied the filing of criminal case.
