1. This has reference to Memorandum Spot report Re: Shooting Incident Resulted to the death of
Pablo Sagmyao ,dated 24 June 2022.
2. On June 24, 2022 at about 3:00 p.m., a shooting incident transpired at brgy. Balbalan proper,
balbalan, kalinga , wherein victim one Pablo Sagmayao , 60 years old , married, farmer, a
resident of sitio Guisang, Balbalan proper, Balbalan, kalinga was shot by suspect Juan Sannadan
, 50 years old, married , farmer and a resident of sitio lower, balbalan proper, balbalan, kalinga.
3.The victim sustained multiple gunshot wounds in the different parts of the body and was
rushed to western kalinga district hospital for medical treatment but was pronounced dead on
arrival (DOA) by the attending physician.
4.The suspect Juan Sannadan is currently detained at Balbalan Police Station and case of
Homicide in violation of Article 249 of the Revised penal Code is pending for trial.

5.The case is already raffled at branch 45 of Balbalan municipal trial court.

6.Final Report will follow.
