Performance Objective: Given the following:


1. Computers, laptops, tablets or Cellphones with internet
2. Demonstration instructions
3. LMS Monitoring Tools

YOU MUST be able to demonstrate how to set-up and use the different monitoring
tools in the LMS.

Supplies/Materials :

Equipment : Gadgets hooked with the internet, audio and video

Steps/Procedure:

1. Check internet connection, audio and video.


2. Using any webinar app, Invite learners online.
3. Monitor the attendance of participants.
4. Share your screen to the webinar;
5. Demonstrate the following:
a. Set up course completion to the completion of all activities in your
course
b. Set up activity completion of the following elements:
i.Book
• Require students to view
ii.Forum
• Require students to post a reply/discussion
iii.Submission Bin (Task Sheet)
• Set the passing grade to 100
• Require students to get passing grade
iv.Quiz
• Set the passing grade to 80%
• Require students to get a passing grade
c. Grade task sheet using the submission bin
d. Provide feedback using the task sheet
e. Manual grading using gradebook
f. Access and generate the different type of reports:
i.Course Completion Report
ii.Activity Completion Report
iii.Logs Report
6. Record the webinar.
7. Close the webinar
