A. TECHNOLOGY PLAN
I. Course Design
a. Nominal Duration: 24 hours
b. Trainee Requirements
Can communicate in basic English either oral and written
Can perform basic mathematical computation
At least 10-year basic education graduate
Must have android cellphone, tablet or laptop with internet connection.
Computer literate
c. Trainer Requirements
Must be a holder of National TVET Trainer Certificate (NTTC) Level
I in Computer Systems Servicing NC II
Must have at least 2 years relevant industry experience / Teaching
(Optional).
Must have attended relevant Computer Systems Servicing trainings
and seminars or equivalent.
Can facilitate training using e-learning materials and platforms.
d. Monitoring and Grading System
Built in LMS monitoring system such as log reports, activity reports
and grade book will be utilized to track the attendance and progress
of the learner.
The activity completion tracker shall be enables so the participants
can monitor their own progress.
e. Institutional Assessment System
Demonstration with Oral Questioning (face to face)
Written Test (online)
f. Training Plan/Schedule
The training plan will run for 24 hours. The trainer will upload the
study guide in the LMS which will give the trainees idea on the
objectives and subject contents of the training, schedule of activities
and outputs to accomplish by the trainees.
II. Training Package
The e-learning package to be used during the training will all be
uploaded in the LMS. This is composed of web scripts, videos,
quizzes, interactive elements, task sheets with performance criteria
checklist.
III. Supplies, materials and equipment
PC/ Laptop/ mobile devices
LMS and user credentials for training/ development site (Trainer:
teacher account, trainee: student account, technical support: non
editing teacher account.)

B. INFRASTRUCTURE SUPPORT SYSTEM
I. The Learning Management System
a. The TESDA online program LMS shall be utilized as the training
platform which can accessed at www.e-tesda.gov.ph. Another hands-on
development site shall be used which can be accessed at
https://tesda12felstvi.gnomio.com/
b. Type of Connection: MOODLE v.3.8, Cloud Server
c. Course Overview
Welcome to this online Computer Systems Servicing NCII. This course is
designed to enhance your knowledge, skills, behavior and motivations
required to Inspect and test the configured computer systems and networks
for Set-up Computer Networks.

e. Enrolment System
Trainees shall be manually enrolled in the LMS and will be provided
with passwords and other credentials.

Trainer will be available for questions from 8:00 in the morning to 5:00 in
the afternoon through email, Facebook and instant messaging.

Interactive learning materials with presentation of lessons, quizzes with
auto feedback, presentation, film viewing, task sheets with performance
criteria checklist downloadable from the LMS.

Discussion forum where participants could communicate with other
participants.
Video conferencing through Google meet or zoom application.
Computer based exam after the unit of competency.
