INTRODUCTION:

In Barangay Boñga have a case of lack of water supply to all there


consumer, when they got a cause to all people in this brgy.according
according to them proposal project to show the good and bad effect of lack of
water supply in Brgy.Boñga.

PROJECT SUMMARY:

This project aims to find a solution of there kind of case in Brgy.Boñga.


it also aims to help to all people who suffered in this problem. This project
all of people to this particular , it also aims to got a person in which a
tendency to forced this kind of case, to all thier official of our country.
Through this project we help to rebuild this project to help people
who suffered this, in Brgy.Boñga. this project will be done for an stimate of
almost three months, from January 2019-March 2019. Furthermore the success
of this project requires to help of all household and also the government
employees. And to provide the sufficient supply of resources to be completed,
the needed resources are listed on the project costs, as well as the
miscellaneous assets.
PROJECT METHODOLOGY:

Preparation and approval of other necessary documents and materials


after the approval of this project, from the Department of Public works and
water, the ordering and preparation of required materials the having of
construction workers the submission of other necessary documents and the
assessment and evaluation of the water in the area will be conducted next.

CONCLUSION:

With this project proposal, it has been evident that we aim to improve
the water supply in the barangay, and to help to all people who suffered to this
problem.
This project proposal, contains every information required in
completing this project. As long every detail is done properly it will be a success
and also to resolve this kind of problem in barangay Boñga in Castilla..

PROJECT RISK MANAGEMENT:

The project is subjected to the usual risk for water tank project.
Including project start-up delay, environmental risks, and supply shortage. To
minimize project start-up delay, all water tank in the area have already been
screened. To ensure water tank sustainability we will ensure that the
government, and other finances to maintain the construct of water tank well
funded throughout the entire span of the project. To avoid shortage supply and
materials, we will ensure the availability an sufficient stock of spare parts, to
ensure the right plan for this project.
