Statement of the Problem

This study aimed to determine the level of customers’ satisfaction of

Products and Services of Chikki-Tea-Ta for the month of February 2020.

Specifically, this study sought to answer the following questions:

1. What is the profile of the respondents in terms of the following variables?

a. Age

b. Sex

c. Highest Educational Attainment

d. Average Family Monthly Income

e. Place of Resident

2. What is the level of customers’ satisfaction of products and services of

Chikki-Tea-Ta in terms of the following areas?

a. Product

b. Services

3. What is level of customers’ satisfaction of products and services of

Chikki-Tea-Ta when grouped according to aforementioned variables?

4. Is there a significant difference of level of customers’ satisfaction of

products and services of Chikki-Tea-Ta when grouped and compared

according to the aforementioned variables?
