Notes and Terms:
1 The contract is a ‘cost plus’ contract. Supervision fees will be charged as a percentage of all costs including the cost of materials
and labour. The cost of fittings for electrical accessories bore well, cost of obtaining service connections for water service
2 Records of materials purchased, labour employed, payments made for the same will be maintained in their respective registers on
site available for inspection at any time. Original bills and vouchers will be filed and maintained with our accounts department
3 Periodic statements of expenditure along with their supporting documents will be furnished to you by our accounts department,
which will form the basis for squaring the accounts.
4 The client must provide regular supply of water and electricity during the period of construction.
5 Watchman wages to be paid by the client.
Current rates prevailing at Chennai have been assumed.

3) Service connection for water and electricty
4) Any wood work for Lofts or wadrobes etc..
