SUBJECT: Describing employment and involvement.
The Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF) is a major fire arms, defence contractor, and military
corporation headquartered in WahCantt, Punjab, Pakistan. Founded in 1951 by the government of
Pakistan with early collaboration from the British Royal Ordnance Factory, It is "the largest defence
industrial complex under the Ministry of Defence Production, producing conventional arms &
ammo to international standards. the POF engineers, develops, produces, manufactures, and
promotes a wide range of different types of infantry and special-
purpose weapons, explosives, ammunition, mortars, rockets, and the military gear for
Pakistan's military.
Now I am performing duties regarding by field which is given by the head of department.in these
duties those skills are very important to perform these tasks given by the company. Skills which are
important are as follow:
Strong communication skills.
Good motivational skills.
Strong negotiation skills.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Awareness of internal and external customer needs.
These all skills are very helpful for me to perform my duties regarding my post in the company.
Also these are important to present in the operation manager to fulfill his/her duties.
In my job I am experiencing many things which are very helpful. And those things are very
important to survive in the company, as they helpful or important to make a good and healthy
environment or a pleasant environment in the company that is very important for all the company
members. I wish that I will be best at my post in this company and always doing awell for others so
everything will be good and comfortable.

SUBJECT: Progress of educational goal
I am Abu baker and I was born in Wah cantt. This is my second year attending Comsats University.
My long term educational goal is to Graduate in computer engineering. I plan on getting my
Associates degree at Comsats My life time goal is to improve myself and goes for higher education.
My career goal is to become software engineer. Three years ago, I could not even see myself
pursuing any goals that I had set for myself. And then I discovered a personal truth that I have no
limitations other than those I choose to impose upon myself. Everyone brings to the world unique
talents, gifts, and abilities and some of mine include my strong will and my determination to be able
to give something back to the communities in which I was raised. My plans are to not only use
education as a tool to prepare me for a vocation, but also to help me become a self-sufficient
individual who is fully prepared for life.
Some other goals:
To have the basic skills needed to build upon to accomplish whatever task or job is assigned
in the future.
To be a critical thinker.
To be able to troubleshoot or strategize.
To be a moral perthinke.
To be a good citizen.
I devote a great deal of my time to Quran a tremendously important part of my life. In addition to
reading Hadee’s and Sunnah, I spend time in practicing Islam and preaching.
I am currently involved in software making project with my colleagues and am particularly proud of
my involvement with that Project; it will be complete very soon. The software we are making help
people to find out the needy people and help them.
I have on occasion found myself challenged to the maximum of my capabilities because of my high
academic standards, my preaching my practicing of Islam. But my strong belief that I have no
limitations and my will to succeed has kept me going. Its progress is good. I will achieve my goal
very soon. Troubles are occurred but I work hard and cross all obstacles.
No one is exempt from turmoil during their lives, and I can honestly say that I am thankful for the
adversities and challenges which have crossed my path because they have strengthened my
character and brought forth certain virtues I might otherwise never have known. There are various
personal issues with which I have struggled and I have no doubt as to where their foundations lie.
Goal setting is fundamental to long-term success. . Goals help students to focus upon the journey
to a collection of set achievements, meaning they allocate their resources and time more efficiently
and can access motivation during times when they may feel like giving up.
My goals are to become software engineer. And big achievements in field of engineering and making
different software. Also I would like the opportunity to be able to pass along the information I have
learned, that no one person other than oneself can keep one from achieving one's goals and that
everyone has the potential to share with the world their unique talents, gifts, and abilities. While
one may find motivation in one's hopes for the future, one must not devalue the steps one takes to
get there, because it is through one's past joys and hardships that one comes to be who one is in the
future. As Ursula le Guin so aptly stated, "It is good to have an end to journey towards, but is the
journey that matters is in the end."
