INFORMATION

The undersigned Government Prosecutor accuses RYAN D. MAMAAKAY of the crime


of RECKLESS IMPRUDENCE RESULTING IN HOMICIDE AND DAMAGE TO
PROPERTY defined under Article 365 of the Revised Penal Code, committed as follows:
That on August 17, 2020 around 8 o’clock in the evening in the National Highway of
Dayao Street Kidapawan City and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the
aforementioned accused while driving a Toyota Hi-lux, bearing plate number AFAM 150 under
the influence of liquor, without taking necessary precaution to prevent loss of life and damage to
property and in gross violation of traffic rules and regulations, did then and there, recklessly,
negligently and imprudently bump the Suzuki motorcycle with a plate number LC 15000 driven
by FAMMY E. BURIKAT which caused the latter’s death and substantial damage to her driven
motorcycle, to the damage and prejudice of her hears.
