1. Why are feedback important?
Feedback help us to form better relationship with a certain group member and avoid
major mistakes. It creates honest communication during any kind of teamwork. It also
motivates people and boost their self-esteem, perform better and improve self-
awareness and enthusiasm in learning.
2. Is it appropriate to resolve conflicts using our communication gadgets even if offline
communication is possible? Explain your answer.
No it’s not appropriate because it’s hard to resolve conflicts using communication
gadgets because first of all, as a sender, you cannot see/know the non-verbal cues of
the receiver You cannot see their facial expressions, their reactions to your message
and such.which is a very important thing to consider especially in resolving conficts.
And at the point of view as a receiver, you cannot determine if the person is sincere of its
message because then again non verbal cues cannot be determine by words alone.
In conclusion Words, are simply not enough to convey a message and resolve a conflict.
Much better to resolve it personally because emotions can be properly conveyed and
expressed.
