This pertains to the ongoing investigation being conducted by this office


relative to an incident of Robbery With Force Upon Things committed sometime in
the afternoon of July 15, 2009 at Balas, Mexico, Pampanga wherein UNIDENTIFIED
SUSPECTS who with intent to gain personal property belonging to another forcibly
opened the residential house of Mrs, Magdalena Manalastas and once inside took and
carted away cash money, jewelries and personal effects valued more or less 4.4
million pesos.

In this connection, request that this office be furnished available records,


picture and Finger Prints of PHILIP ROQUE who was previously detained in your
bureau for violation of R A 9165, otherwise known as “Comprehensive Dangerous
Drug Act of 2002”, for our reference.

Hoping that this will merit your preferential attention on matters of mutual
concern.
