This document is a table of specification for a Science 9 preliminary/periodical exam that will assess students over 8 days of instruction across 3 learning competencies. The exam will consist of 60 multiple choice, true/false, fill-in-the-blank, enumeration, identification, essay, problem solving and matching questions. 50% of the exam (30 questions) will focus on distinguishing photosynthesis and respiration features and importance. 25% (15 questions) will compare the Bohr model of the atom to Rutherford's model. The remaining 25% (15 questions) will assess the Quantum Mechanical Model of the atom.
