Cylinder head bolts

Only re-use cylinder head bolts once, coat the threads of bolt 7 (11 for 6 cyl.) with Loctite PST sealant or equivalent.
Tighten bolts in following stages:
Manufacturer: Jeep Model: Cherokee (84-01) 4,0 (c) Autodata Limited 2013
Engine code: ERH Output: 127 (173) 4600 . 12/09/2019
Tuned for: Map-DIS Year: 2000-01 V9.200-
1) 30 Nm
2) 61 Nm
3) Recheck bolts are tightened to 61 Nm
4) Bolts 1-6 (1-10 for 6 cyl.) = 149 Nm
5) Bolt 7 (11 for 6 cyl.) = 136 Nm
6) Bolts 8-10 (12-14 for 6 cyl.) = 149 Nm.

Autodata Note 2

Main bearings

Tighten bolts of caps 1,3,4 & 5 (1,2,4,5,6 & 7 for 6 cyl.) in following stages:
1) 54 Nm
2) 95 Nm
3) 108 Nm
Move the crankshaft backwards and forwards, then load the crankshaft at the front or rear and tighten bolts of cap 2 (3 for 6 cyl.)
as in stages 1,2 & 3.

Autodata Note 29

Sump bolts

1/4 x 20 = 9,5 Nm
5/16 x 18 = 15 Nm.

Autodata Note 51

If original bolts/parts are re-used apply locking fluid.

Autodata Note 52

Flywheel/driveplate

Use new bolts and apply locking fluid.

Autodata Note 75

Road wheels

Do NOT lubricate studs, nuts or mating surfaces.
