SUBJECT: Spot Report on an alleged rape along Barangay Sto. Domingo

DATE: August 30, 2017

 
1. On or about 1:10 in the afternoon of September 01, 2017, one Marivic Victoria
Alpa, 33 years old, married, housewife and a resident of Barangay Sto. Domingo,
Biñan, Laguna together with her daughter Daisy appeared and reported to Biñan
City Police Station that more or less 10:00 o'clock in the evening of August 30,
2017, that her daughter Daisy, 14 years old, female, was allegedly raped by 8
people at the Biñan Public Cemetery area of Barangay Sto. Domingo, Binan,
Laguna, immediately PNP elements of Biñan City Police Station proceeded to
Biñan Public Cemetery to conduct an investigation of the said report. Thereat,
concerned citizens informed the responding police that they saw 2 of the
suspect’s Mark Anthony Capina y Nadal, 18 years old, the same resident of the
area, and Benjie Cornejo, 18 years old, the same resident of the area. While the
investigation PNP keep looking for the other suspects named Maissy
Sobrecasay, Ronnie Laureola, Victorino Hornillas, Wilfredo Hicana, Lawrence
Desa, Mcboy Cervantes and alias Paopao (at large).
