In order to implement these elements effectively, a classroom management plan must be

designed. Each teacher has its own unique style of management to meet class needs, although
the same elements are found consistently. In order for a classroom management plan to be
successful, the students must have a complete understanding of each of the guidelines. At the
same time, teachers must follow their plan to ensure that the learning environment is safe,
friendly, secured and non-threatening whether in the classroom or in remote learning.

My Classroom Management Plan

Philosophical Statement
A classroom/virtual management plan should maintain order in the classroom, have positive
communication between teacher and student, have the teacher in charge the majority of the
time, have rules made jointly by the teacher and students, students should be aware of rules
and consequences, and have less discipline and more teaching in the classroom.

Classroom Rules and Procedures

Every teacher wants to keep her children safe in the classroom and teach them what is and is
not acceptable behavior. Classroom rules are intended to teach students how to behave in a
proper and safe manner in the classroom, hence boosting student learning. In school, every
second counts.

Teacher-Student Relationships
The teacher-student relationship, in my opinion, should be comparable to that of a sibling and a
parent to their child. I wanted my prospective pupils to feel comfortable around me so they could
tell me about their problems if they needed someone to talk to. But, in the same way that they
regard their parents, I will respect them.

Schedules and Timeframes

Children's awareness of what the learning environment requires is aided by classrooms with
consistent schedules and routines. Children who are accustomed with the schedules and
routines in their school are more likely to be engaged, attentive, and learn new information. A
well-designed timetable may provide comfort to teachers and pupils because it establishes a
natural rhythm and consistency. As a learner, having a strategy is critical because it allows you
to maximize and prioritize the things that are most important to you.

Classroom Structure, Design and Arrangements

The classroom should be a comfortable atmosphere for virtual classes; ambience is important
since it affects both the mood and the design of the classroom. In terms of the physical
environment, I wanted a paired seat arrangement in my classroom, where students share a seat
with their companion. To give the classroom a bright and pleasant feel, the walls may be
painted white. The seating arrangement can be adjusted based on the activities of the students.
I believe that a bright and interesting classroom motivates students to study more. Bulletin
boards and other types of boards can be placed throughout the classroom as long as they serve
a purpose.

Classroom Safety Rules and Procedures

When schools are secure, students expect to be in a welcoming environment that encourages
social and creative learning. When children's basic safety requirements aren't satisfied, they're
more likely to be uncomfortable in school and drop out, or they'll be on edge all day. Policies are
crucial because they assist a school establish rules and processes, as well as learning and
safety standards, expectations, and accountability. Finally, policies are crucial to a school's
performance and safety.

Strategies for Rewards and Consequences

Prizes should presumably motivate pupils to learn and improve their performance. Students'
interest in a subject will be piqued as a result of the rewards and punishments. As a result, kids
are more likely to succeed if their efforts are recognized. The way you respond to your child's
actions has an impact on whether or not the behavior will recur. You can use incentives to
encourage your youngster to accomplish more of what you desire. The best incentives are
those that occur immediately following a behavior.
NOTICE

After reading and reviewing the classroom/remote learning management plan from different
sources and creating your own plan, answer the following questions.

1. What salient components have you noted?

I found that classroom management aids teachers in creating effective working
relationships with students. It also taught the kids about how learning takes place in the
classroom, how it affects them, and how they might improve their performance. It also
safeguards them and teaches them the importance of time management. Because the
program was created to aid with bad pupils and how students should conduct themselves in
the classroom, children will also learn how to act in the classroom.

2. Why is there a need to utilize the information to create your classroom management
plan?
A classroom management strategy's goal is to hold students accountable without yelling,
scolding, or lecturing. A classroom management plan, when applied appropriately, can reduce
the need for these and other ineffective techniques. You must first construct a set of rules that
address every possible misbehavior or disturbance that may occur in your classroom before
you can create a classroom management strategy. Listen and obey orders, raise your hand
before speaking or leaving your seat, keep your hands and feet to yourself, and respect your
classmates and teacher are the four guidelines I advocate.

3. What were the significant things that you noticed when you were implementing your
plan?
The plan, in my opinion, should be practicable, and students should have a big role in the
implementation of each guideline. Furthermore, if the students are aware of the restrictions,
the plan can be implemented, which is why presenting them and having a dialogue with them
is vital.

4. Were there items in your classroom /remote learning management plan which
were not tailored to the needs of your students? How will you improve on
these?
Because I consider my learners first before planning, there are no components that aren't
appropriate for them. If I see that those things aren't working, I can make changes. I may
forget certain things, but with time, I will be able to re-learn them. The following sanctions will
be implemented first if they are issued a warning for not being responsible for what they are
supposed to do. The next stage is to write a letter to a parent notifying them of their child's
academic progress.

ANALYZE

1. What elements in your classroom/remote learning management plan were mostly

followed/ complied with?
All of these methods for learning management are in use.

2. What elements in your plan were the most difficult to implement? Why?
Because it necessitates an internet connection, I believe that submitting work is the most
difficult to implement in a virtual class. However, I feel that everything will be OK as long as the
kids and the teacher interact with one another. The classroom safety laws and procedures, on
the other hand, are the most difficult to put in place because I am not confident in my capacity
to avoid certain bad events from occurring again. Because I am not always around them and
they have their own lives, I am unable to keep them all safe.
REFLECT
What were your realizations after creating and implementing your classroom /remote
learning management plan?

I discovered that establishing and implementing a classroom management plan is tough

since it necessitates collaboration between students and teachers. The plan must also be
precise, explicit, and concise in order to be reachable. Plans that are too ambitious are more
likely to fail or be difficult to carry out. Penalties and rewards should also be made clear to
students so that they are aware of and responsible for their actions. After all, the purpose of this
strategy is to teach children to take greater responsibility for their behavior. When it comes to
putting these learning management plans into action, I've discovered that establishing future
goals and objectives, as well as explaining how those goals and objectives will be prioritized and
met, is critical. Dealing with children who do not respect professors will be difficult if we do not
have this plan or management in place. So we needed to become dominant in the classroom to
the point where they didn't fear me and instead saw me as a real teacher who wanted to help
them.
