MECHANICS
1. Each team shall have two (2) representatives (1 male & 1 female).

2. Male and Female representatives must be able to project the uniform wear and casual wear in
accordance with the theme.

The presentation of the casual wear shall need the following guidelines:
 Delegates must be able to project their own personal sense of style.
 Each contestant shall pass at least 1 min video and 2 pictures (whole body)
 Modeling should be simple and not overly complicated.

The presentation of the uniform wear shall need the following guidelines:
 Mr. and Ms. Photogenic will be judge on this round.
 Each contestant shall pass 2 pictures with no filter or photo enhancement. (1 whole
body;1 close up)
 Each contestant shall wear light make up.

3. The representative must use all the available resources at home.

4. Submit the needed pictures (landscape) through Gmail: ([email protected])

5. For online voting, photos will be shared to CEC's Facebook page.

6. Voting period is until Feb. 23, 2022 (Wednesday) 10:00am only.

A. Stage Presence 30%


B. Beauty and Poise 20%
C. Audience Impact 10%
D. Presentation & Neatness 40%

MS. PHOTOGENIC
a. Eye Contact – Judges will be looking at how engaging and captivating the eyes are in the
photo.
b. Clarity/Quality – Although photos don't have to be professional photos, Judges will be
looking at whether they have good composition and are sharp and clear.  The child should
be the only person in the photo and the obvious primary focus of the photo.
c. Overall Appeal – Judges will award scores for this criteria based on how they are drawn to
the photo.
